End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“You,” “User”) and Amrezo Inc. (“Developer,” “We,” or “Us”), governing your download, installation, and use of the SessionWise macOS application (“Application”).


By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Application.

  1. License Grant

Amrezo Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on macOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or professional use and in accordance with this Agreement.


The Application is licensed, not sold.


All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Amrezo Inc.

  1. Local-Only Processing, Storage, and No Data Collection

SessionWise operates entirely on your local device.

  • All data, including audio recordings, text input, transcripts, summaries, notes, and metadata, is processed and stored locally on your Mac.

  • The Application does not transmit, upload, sync, or back up data to any external servers.


No Data Collection or Tracking


The Application does not collect, access, monitor, analyze, or transmit any user data.

This includes, without limitation:


  • No collection of personal information

  • No collection of client or patient information

  • No usage analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, or diagnostics

  • No tracking technologies, cookies, or third-party analytics

  • No background communication with external services


The Developer has no ability to access, view, retrieve, or transmit your data, whether identifiable or de-identified.


You are solely responsible for securing your device, managing backups, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring compliance with applicable professional, ethical, and legal obligations. The Developer is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or device failure.

  1. Professional Use and Responsibility

SessionWise is an assistive documentation and workflow tool only.


The Application:

  • Does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal advice

  • Does not diagnose conditions

  • Does not determine treatment plans

  • Does not replace professional judgment, supervision, or clinical responsibility


You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving all content generated by the Application

  • All clinical, ethical, legal, and professional responsibilities remain entirely yours

  • You must ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and professional standards

  1. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

The Application uses artificial intelligence models to assist with summarization and organization of user-provided information.


You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate

  • Outputs are probabilistic and may vary between uses

  • All generated content must be independently reviewed and verified


The Application is not a substitute for professional expertise, clinical reasoning, or documentation review.

  1. No Emergency or Real-Time Use

The Application is not designed or intended for emergency, crisis, or real-time clinical decision-making.


Do not use SessionWise in situations where delay, error, or failure could result in harm to a person or property.

  1. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Application for any unlawful purpose

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code

  • Modify, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the Application without authorization

  • Use the Application in a manner that violates professional, ethical, or legal obligations

  1. Updates and Modifications

The Developer may, at its discretion, provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Application. Updates may add, modify, or remove features.


Continued use of the Application after an update constitutes acceptance of any revised terms accompanying that update.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.


The Developer does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amrezo Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, professional liability, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Application.


In no event shall the total liability of Amrezo Inc. exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to use the Application.

  1. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated.


Amrezo Inc. may terminate this Agreement if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Application and delete all copies in your possession or control.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
